thanks to Jimgun's ([link]) suggestion which was this:
"Awesome working idea and everything goes well. But I think you're onto the Earth thing. As it stands now, it seems Earth is in front of the clouds. Perhaps toning down the colors on it would work well (a fog over). In fact, I think that's all it needs... You won't lose the idea by toning it down, it'll just push the planet back and give a bit more depth to it overall. Love it, looking great so far."

The only thing that bothers me is the small to large branches on the trees. A bit unnatural, if you are (as it seems you are from all of the criticism I'm seeing), going for a more advanced realistic look.
But subjectively, it is already an amazing piece. I always love your work.
